ConvergTV has stepped into the void between these two worlds by leveraging its proprietary combination of new media tools, intellectual property rights, "patent pending" business processes and deep industry relationships to create a radically profitable media business.  Our business is a vertically-integrated convergence media solution based on a few key concepts, which are discussed in detail below – first, we source high quality content through our proprietary network of “disenfranchised content producers”, then we utilize cutting edge digital editing software tools to develop that content into the high production value, “three screen-ready” (TV, desktop computer and mobile devices), interactive media necessary to attract major media advertising dollars, but at a dramatically lower production cost than traditional media offerings, and finally we use our proprietary technology and industry relationships to digitally distribute that high production value media through new media channels such as Internet TV, 4G smart phones and iTunes, as well as through traditional media such as terrestrial and satellite television.
